Kendo no kata and Kihon kata.

Please note that kendo no kata and kihon kata have been added to the MKC schedule on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Following kata practice there will be open keiko for the duration of the class. Kata is a mandatory grading requirement so it is strongly advised that kenshi planning on challenging their next grade attend these practices.
